Some days ago I started doing a new vacumform moulds. At now I have done the left knee. Here are some pics, please tell me what do you think!

Looks like your off to a great start bruv...
The shape of the knee cap looks good, you may want to put a small raduius around the top edge of the knee tho?
Also are you keeping them dent free?

Well, at last I think that I will do it with fiberglass, because vacumform here (just in the Balearic Islands, not all Spain) is really expensive.

About the small radius, I don't know what do you refer to :facepalm

The dents... I will do 2 copies of the front part for add the dents and after mould them. (I will add the dents because it's not plastic and I cant add the on the FG after made).

Update!

Well, I have done the mould of the front part, I did a cast and added the dents on it. Thi is how it looks right now, I hope to finish the left knee master this weekend, and the right the next weekend.

Hey, some months since my last post in this thread Well, here are some updates, I will post some more at the end of this weekend. I still need to to do softer edges on the right side o the left knee, and sand a bit more the top dent. Hope you like them.

Well, pieces finished, all is ready for mold. So, the next week, a silicone bath will come to the pieces
