JW Boot Run: UPDATE 26 JULY!

Thanks for the heads up Wes, I cannot wait to get my hands on these bad boys and they will be well worth the wait. I am just glad that everything got straightened out before the boots shipped!!! Besides I know how busy life can get so you will not be receiving a rep hit from me you should get nothing but ++++ for putting this run together in the first place!!!

Whenever anything moves beyond one person to two or more, there is the potential for a breakdown in communication. Something not said, something misinterpreted.. *shrug* I see these things as part of the process. I am infinitely patient when quality is the end result. I am in no rush for mine, so if necessary you can hold off on sending mine until last, if others in the sizes I'm getting need them sooner.

Ok, the next batch has been sent my way. In this shipment we will get:
1 x 8
1 x 9
2 x 10
1 x 11

The batch shipping out this week should include:
1 x 9
1 x 10
3 x 11
1 x 12

Just so there's no confusion, the list on page 1 is broken down by order paid by size. The underlined, bold and italicized screen names have been shipped. The italicized names are the names of the people who will get boots w ith the up coming shipments.

Again, put me at the tail end of my size slots. I am in no rush for my boots, and want to make sure those who may need them before me -- for SDCC or C5, for instance, get them in time. :)

I received these today. They look good and they are comfortable to wear. I was a little worried about the size, but they fit great. I might even have room for an insole. I think that they turned out great. I just have one minor issue with the boots, which I believe I should be able to fix or hide with the weathering. I have a small gap one between the two layers of the sole. I'm guessing that my boots are one of the ones where the glue issue first surfaced. Overall I am very happy with the boots. Thank you very much for your hard work on these Jango Wes.

Oh the red x. That must have been TDH censors. The 1st pics I was modeling wearing nothing but the boots.;)

There's a mental image I could have done without. Perhaps JW can bump me up the list by way of compensation for the mental trauma you've just inflicted? LOL

Boots are looking great. can't wait to get my grubby little mitts on mine.

Does anyone have any links to a weathering guide, or have any tips?
