Hi, I need some help I am size 11 in UK trainers but it says US 12 in the trainers. should I go one size up to a 13. I am already down for a size 11 which I would like to change If need be plaese.

dsonik - I wear a 9.5 in pretty much everything and a 9 fit me great. But that's me.
If you order a 9, you can always put in inserts. It's your call.
