just to start off with

I have had this jango helmet laying around my house and i didnt have time to start modifing it before dragon con so i was thinking what a great time to start. I didnt take any photos before i got to this point but here it is

that is a peice of steel to reinforse the cheaks a little more

as you can see i cut out the back vent and put bondo in its place and you can see the craft ring at the bottom
