Thought this might be a bit helpful regarding the material and strapping config.

yes, with the way i have it set up, the jet pack strap is looped, like in the pic you just sent Art...once the desired length is found, then the little rivets there can be added, and "fixed" there...cool brother!! thanks Art!!
