I supply 7' with my gauntlet kits, that can then be cut into 1' sections. From there you'll just want to connect all of them, put on your gauntlets, and see which one's you'll need to trim. The top right hose always gets cut shorter than the others. I just bought 100' of .43" o.d x .25" i.d hose from USPlastics.com that I need to dye this weekend. Let me know if you need some.

Thanks Cruzer. Since I was repainting my jet pack I decided to work on the new gauntlet ones too.
Cruzer, how much for the hoses? It dosen't matter if they're dyed. I'm seriously thinking of replacing mine as I've been using the Home Depot hose. My current hose is fine in the warmer weather ( although more flexability would be awesome ), but as soon as the temperature dips down as only it can in Canada... my hoses become super rigid.
At this years Help Santa Parade, my hoses became so stiff that when I bent my left arm to grasp my helmet, the hose remained straight and ripped off my flame thrower box.

I usually just charge $5 shipped in the states, but for Canada, let me check on that when I get back home because I'm out of town right now.
Thanks Cruzer, and there's no rush as I do have hoses right now. I'd just like to upgrade.
I might also be inquiring on some more gauntlet greeblies ( buttons, switches etc ) and a new left gauntlet missile. I'm contemplating making myself a new set of gauntlets, at which point I'd put my current ones up for grabs. I'm also making some custom gauntlets for a squad mate, and my buddy Stellardude will need some for his ESB gauntlets that I'm helping him finish up.

What kind of glue do you use? Goop glue. Thanks.
I originally used super glue and plastic glue ( as my gauntlets were made out of styrene ), but due to the cold temperatures here in Canada, I've since switched to 2 part epoxy.
Super glue I've found becomes quite brittle when it gets cold out, which makes it even more likely to break the bond when you factor in the normal shearing action. ( super glue works great if there's only a pulling action on it, once you put it under shearing pressure it breaks the bond. )
