Acceptable is a subjective word. It depends on who you ask. In my opinion I have seen some better looking GBX boots that still aren't correct, but they are a pretty good alternative. Try a search for GBX and you will find some threads talking about them.

I think as long as they have a high arch and the silver they are "acceptable", but yes there are better ones if you keep your eyes open and keep hitting fleabay and the cargo hold.
