i have these two tools i used to trim my AP set. i dont know what theyre called, but I will take some pictures tomorrow and bother my dad about it, lol.

actually i lied, i know the name of one tool. It's called OLFA HOME SCISSORS. They can pretty much cut through anything. The scissor blades are serrated. Pics tomorrow.

Yes its ABS.
A Dremel will do the job.

i use a dremel for just about everything. cut off discs and sanding drums are your friends.

I trim all my TK armor with kitchen shears. Cuts it like butter.

I used tin snips to get the rough cuts, then run the piece on a bench belt sander to get to the line, then a quick finshed sanding by hand. If your doing an AP kit you can score it with a utility knife or xacto and snap it off after. Called score and snap. I was skepitcal too, till I tried it.

Did my whole TK suit with this method. If you use a ruler to cut straight when it snaps perfect line.
