ISO helmet build thread

OK so i bought my DVH helmet and im a little lost on where to start as far as how to attach the ears and what not.
already know im going with Chicago screws for the visor.
anyone know any good Build threads that show peoples process?

Not sure how the ears come for the DVH but I'm sure Lou can advise you of what he usually does. As for Visors there is a sticky at the top of the helmet section of the forum that contains the differing approaches that various people have used for visor fitting. Lots of different ideas.

Best suggestion for the visor would be Chicago screws to secure the visor to the helmet and then Eric (SuperJedi) used metal brackets on the bottom to keep the visor flush and it worked wonderfully.

how well does that work as far as removal and replacement if you need a new lens? (referring to the metal brackets)
