I've also been watching your progress over on the RPF... all I can say is "WOW" It's a big undertaking to try and do a costume like this, but it looks like you're pulling it off rather well! Oh and I love the weathering on the helmet

BTW... the helmet that is weatherd. Well the helmet is a cold cast of aluminium. So its metall under the paint.
Its a nice way to do a helmet, but to make the entire suit Mark 2 version of it will be a problem because the weight will be 1/3 more. Also matching the paint of the metall on the ABS and rubber parts.

If you have time could you give us a lesson on Time Management to complete such a wonderful project.. This would take me 10 years to finish..
