I have tried contacting Chuck and have had no luck...

Over 9 months I lost mine and I am hoping I can get ahold of a new one.

I definitely don't have the skills to make that from centra. I could make it from epoxy putty but I wanted to see if the easier option were possible.

i lost mine and molded it out of epoxy putty. it works out great

it only took about 15 minutes, so it wasn't too bad. luckily its a pretty simple shape.

Where are the best places to buy sintra and epoxy putty?

I made mine out of 2 small strips of sintra...
then sanded to the right shape, drilled out the holes and voila.

DONE!

easier than it looks dude.

I can make you one then charge you $500 for it ... but I think it's cheaper if you make it yourself
