I think I want to make some Jango Fett armor from 3/16 plate aluminium like my Boba Fett Armor is it any more difficult?

Major differences, I believe, lie in edge shapes and overall curvatures plus there is more of it. Jango adds thigh armor, shin armor, and foot armor. If nothing else the aluminum will lend itself, I think, better to Jango than Boba as the time and effort put into beating the metal into submission will be on full display rather than being 99% hidden by paint.

WoF has some templates stickied at the top of this forum. I say give it a try if you're up for it. I'm sure that somebody will be mighty interested in not having to wreck their wrists applying Rub n Buff to get the metal effect!

Im so going to do it :D looking at the templates it should not be to demanding. keep an eye out for next build.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. When I'm ready to do a custom mando build cyberpyrot I'll be turning to you for a set of metal armor. :) Something in a Jango style would just be the icing on the cake.
