How long to wait before filing PayPal dispute

How long is generally acceptable to wait after purchasing an item and getting zero response front the seller? Multiple emails thru various places have been sent .

I would say it is totally dependent on the original deal you struck with the seller. The time frames and deadlines.

None. Ordered from their website and no response. Never had issues in the past. It is a stock type item not custom or fabricated.

Ok then with that info I would probably give it a month or so maybe six weeks..... but watch the time so it doesn't go over the PP limit for a dispute.

Anything over 90 days = Paypal cannot legally go after it unless a court order (US) is in play.
My advice, sooner is better.

I'm gonna do it on day 30 which is Tuesday. I would hate to do it and have it be some kind of email/messaging issue but at this point I have watched them sell to others and can only assume I have pissed them off in some capacity.
