Help making the Desert Wanderer Boba Fett costume

Hi Dented Helmet!
I'm a new member looking to make the outfit of Boba when he's not armored and wandering the desert.

I'm specifically looking for templates for the soft parts. The Caftan is the main issue for me, I got a good idea of how to do the rest but if anyone has done these I'd be happy to see how they solved things.
