General Hello! New here and looking for help regarding Boba Fett's armor

I'm sculping my armor and I was thinking of Vacuum forming it with a ABS plastic sheet 1/8. Is that a good option to get it thick? Other suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

.090 ABS (.093 or 3/32 Ive also seen it) is good for armor.

Thank you! btw. Does the thickness of the armor depends on the height of the person or is that the normal thicknes?

No, the thickness of the armor has nothing to do with height or weight
