Gaunt help!

Could someone give me instructions(or post a link) on how to get my LED set up. Thanks. P.S. does anyone know what those switches are called. The little metal ones.

Here is a quick fix tip:


Head on down to your local Radioshack and buy this bad boy:

http://www.radioshack.com/product/i...ed+blinking&kw=led+blinking&parentPage=search


The switches are called toggle switches. Radioshack also carries them.
