FP Armor: What size AB plate holes?

I have FP ESB armor and I was wondering what size should the 3 holes in the ab plate be? I was thinking 3/16 hole looked about right. Just wondering what size others drilled out?

I thought my ab plate had indentations in it already? I just used a pit that fit right into the holes. Then I glued a thin sheet of aluminum behind it.

The vacuum forming left only slight indentations. The holes look larger in photographs. I went ahead and used 3/16 holes.
