Flintlock pistols

For my sidearms, I was thinking of getting a set of old dueling pistols and heavily modifying them to look like blaster pistols. I found a set of Flintlock replicas for $60 bucks online. maybe mounting scopes on them like Han Solo's blaster and adding a shower head muzzle like the DL 44s. What do you guys think?

That's a cool idea. I think someone else even tried it, but I can't remember who. though I think they used them as a base for a rifle instead of pistols. I'd like to see what uyou come up with.

That would look pretty sweet. They could be heirlooms of some sort that were upgraded with technology over the millenia.

I've ordered a flitlock from Grendel's before, and if one things for certain, they're some hiiiiiiigh quality flintlocks

look up the queen anne's pistol... its a bit nicer looking than the muzzle loader pistols
