Finally got it sorted out.

So there where a few pieces I just could not figure out but thanks to a buddy who bought me a set of ABS armor I was able to make the corrections.

ok I added the damage and the snaps to hold it on the vest it definitely looks a lot better.

welded the studs on no chance in loosing them. I left the one for the cape unwelded.
