ESB Shiny vs Dull opinions in 2018

I've been off the board for awhile and trying to get a consensus of what everyone thinks is more correct for ESB now.

To me its the exact same as what we see in the ESB Promo vest. So I guess Shiny Shiny

I'd say shiny/shiny but with light weathering, sort of a dark wash throughout that takes out the obviousness of being shiny out.

Agreed. Weathering makes a huge difference in appearance of shine.

if this screen cap it really seems like there's more shine on the neck than the vest.

The fabric has a very similar sheen on both the vest and neck. It's a bit less than the tackle twill but honestly pretty close.
