ESB color question

Can anyone help me what colors i can use for the esb Shoulder?
I have marked the colors that i don´t know.

The large arch shaped scuff is the silver under the paint. the top right is a light grey, probably similar to the grey used on TK frowns Either humbrol Admiral grey (#5) or Testors 1138. The bottom looks like grey primer
