EE3 ROTJ Ttracks info

Newbie member here so after looking around I have decided to order the FieldMarshal EE3 ROTJ Blaster but need some technical advice on the Ttracks.

Does anybody have a plan on where the tracks go on the barrel and the different lengths needed?

What's the best manual tool do I need to cut them , are they cut at a certain angle towards the end of the barrel and any tips?
