Can you buy the gloves separately from them? If so, how much did they cost you? Thanks!
Yes you can, you just have to ask for their price list and mention you only want those. Total cost was £200. I paid in installments to the exchange rate fluctuated a bit.

Y'all, my wookie braids are on order! Someone just posted in the Cargo Hold that they make them and I jumped all over that! Pictures of the product look good enough to at least get me to a basic approval and they are horse hair so may even pass Level 2 (baby steps!). This was the last piece I needed to have on order for my full costume!!!

Now its just a waiting game for everything to come in! Here is what I have left:

Soft Goods - Arkady finished them and they are with MinuteFett for grommeting of the vest.
Armor - MinuteFett has completed it and attached it to the jacket.
Custom Pouches - Had Handmade Horrors make me some custom pouches for my gear. Shipped this past week.
Jetpack - NeoFett is working it right now
Blaster - Sidewinder has started it
Weathering/Painting - Since I suck at this, I asked MF to help me out and he is working this right now. Painting/weathering my boots, weathering of the soft goods, and repainting my helmet stalk as I had to do some work to it.

The finish line is near!

So it's been a bit since I posted, but things are progressing. I now have everything in hand except for my jetpack and blaster. Both have been on order from some time and they are just making their way through their respective vendors process.

Here is everything I have gotten. (Note: all these pictures were taken at night with natural daylight interior lights so the coloration may look funny).

First was my wookie braids. Tuna Fett got them to me lightning fast (less than 2 weeks). I think they look pretty good. I am going to have to spend a bit of time making sure I line them up right and then secure them together and add a clip of some kind so I can attach them to the flight suit. They are real horse hair and the color/wraps look good to me. We will see what my GML says when I submit one day.

Next up was my flight suits. Arkady finished them up a few months ago but I had someone else do the weathering on them and that took a bit. That person also painted the boots and did some other work for me. I had Arkady make me 2 flight suits. One with the cotton twill which is the "correct" fabric and she offered another which is a poly blend that offers a bit of stretch. I got both and had both weathered so I can interchange them if needed. First set of pictures is the cotton twill, second set is the poly. They are insanely well made and fit like a glove. The only notable issue I found was that the collar is too tight on me. I have a big neck and I struggle to get the clasps closed on them. Unfortunately Arkady closed up her shop so I am going to have to find someone else who can hopefully lengthen one side so I don't choke myself out whenever I wear the suit. Arkady had previously sent me some fabric samples so I have the materials, just need to find someone who can do the sewing. Not a today problem, but its on the list of stuff to do.

Next is the boots. I have had them for a while, but had them painted and whatnot so they are not white.

Last up is the armor. MinuteFett added all of the bolts to the back and grommeted my flak vest, I just haven't attached them yet as the armor came in 2 days ago. Elastic straps are present on the knees and all the dart launchers are metal.

I've got a lengthy to list still, but wanted to get some pictures out.

-I have my jetpack harness and its partially sewn, but now that I have my armor, I can finish it off by setting my lengths on the shoulder straps. Will likely do that at an armor party with a fellow Fett.
-I have to work on connecting the collar to the back, add the cape, connect the cod to the kidney and maybe change the cod/kidney strap to a velcro instead of a bolt attachment.
-I need to install the chest electronics
-I have the girth belt, but need to put holes in the strapping so I can secure it correctly and then maybe add some hidden velcro so it stays put.
-I have to re-install my newly painted stalk into the helmet and run the wires up to the lights for the RF kit.
-I have to run any wiring or pre-installed stuff throughout the suit or convert to local battery packs (yuck).
-I have to work on the boots and make sure they have padding/lifts as needed so they don't wobble on my foot.
-I have to tie my gauntlet hoses together and attach a clip so they stay up my sleeve correctly.

Unfortunately, I have to travel for work and some personal stuff for the next 6 weeks or so, so I won't make a whole lot of progress. Hoping I can make time to get at least some of this done.

Inching closer!
