Dimensions of toe spikes and jetpack harness

So I am having a friend machine these two tricky metal pieces for me and before we get started I was wondering if anyone had any links to a thread or know of the proper dimensions.. Especially for the harness

i need a pair of toe spikes too but my boots are not MOW so eprhaps i need a different size, your friend can help me too??

What kind of boots do you have? Are they CA

they are nice boots made by "propjobs" but i think they have a different shape
