Dimensions for handle on side panel?

Could someone be so kind as to fill in some dimensions for me? This is for the handles that go on the hero panel.

It's a 2.75" C-C Wire Pull. I found a set on ebay.

Too big. It needs to be 70mm. I have yet to find these in Canada. Shipping from the USA is always ridiculous!!!
