Darth Revan

Anyone know anything about building a Revan costume? The robes aren't a problem and I can probably puzzle out the arms and hands, but what about the chest and mask? Does the chest have to be armor? Or is there some sort of heavy fabric or something I can use instead? I don't have a vacuum table. What about sculpting it out of foam and then putting on fiberglass for the finished piece?

And the mask.
I found this earlier, but I can't get any pictures. http://www.thedentedhelmet.com/showthread.php?t=15720 I can probably do that.
Does anyone have a tutorial or a template? Or tips? I'm not ready to do a "full" set of armor, but I didn't want to do a regular Jedi.

And about how much do you think this will cost? $600? More?

Any help would be appreciated!

I've been contacted by a person enquiring about me modelling the helmet for them so that they'll have templates similar to WOF Fett templates. I've not heard back from him for a while but if you are then you could PM me about it?

Just a thought.

I have a Revan mask from Big_Watter99... Brian, he makes GR8 stuff, but I want a template like WOF made for Boba Fett Helmet (I'm working on my bucket as I post) I want to make a Revan mask that COVERS the head completely, I guess I will have to try to posterboard one myself from the WOF Fett. But if any1 has 1 in the works, I am sure there are plenty of people who would really appreciate having a template.

got my pep file from skup, gonna make a Revan soon as I finish my Mando. I had the file made WITH a bucket for ease of wear, and for the fact that I have glasses and need room for them in the mask. You can buy the file from skip at his site for like $7.00 I think, I commissioned him for $50, so everyone can make thier own mask instead of asking and asking who has a template, just hit him up.

Just FYI guys the last time I looked the 501st considers this a mask and not a helmet and if your going for approval a helmet wont go. If you're not doing this for approval then have fun with it.

I also have Big_water99's mask. Here is a pic of me in mine. Had to temporarily shelve Revan for other projects though.

I have some reference photos of the costume if you want me to post some up here.

The helmet concept was purely a matter of taste for Adonian. The template can be modified during the build to make it a mask.

Speaking of which, nice mask you have there buddy.

That Revan mask is looking pretty awesome! I tried to build one a while ago based off of the in game models.

Hey Skupilkinson, I havent had the time to make the one you rendered for me, but will VERY SOON... And I needed the helmet version for my glasses since I am darn near blind with out them, and contact lenses and I don't get along (I can only ware them for about 2 hours).
I have the big_water99 mask as well, but I can't use it (as stated above glasses) but his mask is really nice work.
