So, something interesting to add. Based on the measurements of these I started to build them in Fusion 360. After I had a very good start on the left gauntlet I found a picture of the ROTJ gauntlet that I found here in one of the galleries. The picture was taken almost directly above the gauntlet. Not sure which exhibit the costume was from but its obvious the real deal. So I took that picture and wanted to see if it would line up with what I had created based of these gauntlets and the measurements. The results are well.... pretty dead on.
Nice! Remember that the ROTJ left gauntlet top is different from the ESB/pre-pro ones. the side where the flamer mounts is more vertical to accomodate the ROTJ box style flamer..this makes the top area wider towards the back. The Cevantes ones Art posted here are a match for Pre-pro and ESB.

I think i understand what you’re saying. When you say “top” what part are you referring to?
Also, after adding Rafal Fetts 3D ready to print models of the ROTJ flame thrower and gauntlet rocket, again... totally matches up. 1:1. No rescale of any kind.
Obviously I’m working on ROTJ but I will also do ESB when I finish these. Trying to stay as accurate as possible so I truly appreciate all the help. FYI, there’s another thread about my 3D gauntlets not sure if this conversation is taking away from this original post.

Haha. There was no time limit set. While I can't/won't provide castings, I do hope to be able to provide some useful reference in the future!

I’d love to be able to sculpt/change the current mold to make it more accurate!
