Thanks to elvis trooper, here is a REALLY tiny color version of the logo... btw, my understanding is that this is only a TEMPORARY logo and may not be the FINAL logo for CV.

I hope they come through with a city soon. I have a lot of planning to do. And, that logo is sweeet.

I heard that Orlando put in a bid for it as well as the ole Chicago rumor.
 
Saw this as well and I am not a huge fan of the idea of it being in Orlando. Starting to get in the realm where driving it almost becomes a two day affair. Chicago I could still do in about 12 hours so that is not so bad.

I feel exactly the opposite. I hated the Indy convention center, and loved L.A. All Indy had going for it was the area around the convention center. Just further proof that there are gonna be people for and against every single city in the country. *heh*

I just accidentally found a Spirit store in my town while out and about. I put my name in for the standee and other Star Wars stuff, they told me that due to LFL's strict licensing, they weren't sure what would happen to the stuff. Luckily, the manager is a friend of a friend type of thing, so maybe I'll get the stuff after all.


I just noticed on the sweepstakes form that Spirit is owned by Spencer Gifts.
