I think that you just go into your "Sent Folder" and delete the message before it can be read.

Derek, can't be done. Once a PM is sent it is gone...

Deleting a PM out of your Sent Folder only removes YOUR copy of the PM. It doesn't delete the copy you sent to the other party. Sorry.
