I know it's a little late but 1mm posterboard is what I used for my bucket build. That and hot glue. Worked real well. Just look at my build thread.

i looked into sellers closer but i would have to buy from muilti sellers then i would be paying a lot more for shipping this way your seller had 10 so only run be like 50 cand

ok so i have a question : I bought adjustable webbing belts off ebay should be here by friday and ill need to cut them down and install them to my thigh , knee and shin armor but how should i add them to them?

I've run into problems with hot glue before (as in plates falling off because of the hot glue re-activating) so I use this stuff or something similar:

Not sure if you have to worry about melting glue up there in Canada...
