Don't sell yourself short. I have seen what you can do. I have been experimenting with the layered method, and its not that bad really. You have the painting skills, you just shift them to painting with masking fluid, then paint, and peel. I'm just saying with your skills, you probably would be really good at it.:cheers
yes my friend...right shoulder is more orange...left is a stale looking yellow...
thanks brother!! :cheers i have used the masking fluid, and i think i got the wrong kind, cause i found the "right" kind, what is it, um, winston something, anyway, i used the old stuff and it was tough to peel off, thus leaving larger damage than i wanted...

well, i have been working little bits here and there, and got the left shoulder pretty much done, and want you guys to give me some input before i finish it off...let me know whatcha think of the work so far on it...i feel i am missing something here on this shoulder...i like the outcome, just seems to me that there is something more i am overlooking, or do i have too much damage on it...?? thanks guys for your input!! :cheers
ummm on the left side, darker colored scratch is a little too big i think, it brings too much attention to itself, the right could have a few small dings on it, and you could tone the white around the skull down a little otherwise I envy this piece of art and want mine to look just like it! GOOD JOB!!
couldnt agree more about the left bell, brother...that grey area has been toned down a bit...
ill post up another pic of that shoulder later...we are making some serious headway as of late, fellas...appreciate all the feedback on this paint up of some of the best armor out there...thanks Daz!! :cheers
