Boba Fett ROTJ left gauntlet light

New Hunter
Hi, I did a search to see if something came up on the left gauntlet red light but I did not find any results. I'm looking to see if this is something that can be purchased or what the community is using. I have attached a picture. Thank you.

Hey, that's my doctored pic - Hahaha! In fact, here is the link to that thread I made: ROTJ Gauntlet Questions
:)

So I found a solution to this. I first went to Etsy and got this (I got the Red LED version though)...
Red LED.jpg

I then got it in place with some hot glue and using superglue (Applied little dots) got the wire and on/off button in place (Wire Management)
Additionally, 4 years later, this has not been a problem for me - i.e. NO wires have come loose or undone....

As for the batter placement? I got that in the flamethrower housing....

Not all Gauntlets are created equal (I have Boba Maker Gauntlets), so you may have to find another spot in which to mount the battery.

Also it looks like the seller on Etsy "LEDLightStore" (Whom I bought the LED from) is no longer active. BUT, there are other options out there, at the moment take a look at...
ETSY Link to LED

Looks this seller uses a 10mm LED (Which is what I used) and offers Red as one of the colors!

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

If you end up going LED, I just got CR2032 coin battery (3v) holder w/ switch on amazon, shoved a red LED in a gutted indicator lamp housing similar to the one NeoFett posted, and the battery holder fits right under the back ledge of the gauntlet. Really small and weighs nothing.

Thanks my friend, I'm just starting out and am in the process of 3D printing all my armor pieces. I purchased the MinuteFett versions. I'm looking forward to the build and making new friends along the way. Take care and thanks again.

If you are just starting your build, I would suggest creating a top level thread in the relevant forum title "<NAME> <VERSION> Build Thread" and put everything there. That way everyone can watch your kit grow and offer advice as a whole rather than on smaller topics/threads. It will also help you keep everything for your build together and its all in 1 place if you want to look at the history.

Thank you for the advise, will do.
