Boba Fett for my 4 Year Old (Lots of Pics)

This is the Boba Fett I built for my son this year. I used Ant Man's tutorial with WOF templates. Thanks to both and the many other posters that I got direction from.

I made the helmet out of cardboard, using fiberglass on the inside with a coat of resin on the outside. It took about a month.

The armor was made using a camping foamy, paint and a hot glue gun and only took a night or two.

I did the cardboard template twice as my son has inherited my large cranium.
