back armor question

It seems everyone's flack vest has an opening in the back...but the back armor is bolted to the collar armor, which is bolted to the front of the vest.

...so... how the **** do you get in and out of the flack vest?

The collar is held in place by snaps or velcro. The studs that hold the collar and back armor together unscrew. The jp is what holds the back armor down.
