I guess this is the best place for this progress pic since one piece is the belly leather.. but I finished dying the holster, belly piece, and helmet brim. I'm pretty happy with the colors this time!

Thanks all! I might actually accuse myself of having O.C.D

I glue them together first and then dye them. If I can find some time I'll share the process for dying those pieces. It's a 5 stage process to get that finish. I was able to achieve the hi-lights around the little raised pieces on the holster like the original although I lost a little of it on the top couple pieces.

ive heard that can be tricky...if you get the glue on the leather the dye wont take...brave man!
