Arch support for custom boots

Does any one have an idea for adding an arch support for custom made boots. Trooping in the flat bottom boots feel off... All the inserts/gels are way to big for the tight fitting custom boots...next project...

Oh, by the way, I think I have a pair of Cheng's boots way back when... I stole a pair of insole inserts from old work boots. Cut the heal and toe parts off, contoured the arch support to fit boots, put said cuts insoles on bare feet, slide a sock over it for fit... not bad... weathered pristine Cheng boots using grubby garage floor, used coffee grounds with filter and used tea bags... herbal teas has a range of color... might have to try this on my vest and neck seal... nylon/polyester might be an issue...

You may want to invest in a pair of custom insoles
