LOL .......Yep me too. If it only worked on doors that weren't automatic then we would be in business.
Also, when I am feeling nice and lazy and the remote or beverage is out of reach I try to grab it with the force. My ex useually just shook her head and got it for me. ...hehe my plan worked either way

I do it all the time, I am also guilty of meandering through the plumbing dept at Lowes and thinking of what sink pipes I can use to build a lightsaber... as well as following my wife to Joann fabrics just so I can see what Jedi/Jango/Renaissance fabric is on sale this week, lol.

I love this thread!!! Nope, haven't done it with automatic doors, but I have done it at street lights ! I have also done it to my girlfriend when I need her to see things my way ! "That only works on the weak-minded", she says :confused!!!
