Accurate vest material...status?

It is a match of the RotJ vest. Since there really aren't any super hi-res pics of the ESB vest, it is hard to confirm they are the same, but my guess is they are.

Agreed. If three yards covers everything needed. I'll take three.

Two and a half yard will make both the inside and outside of the vest with enough left over for a neck seal. Big Fetts might want to opt for three yards of more. If everyone wants to be on the safe side, and have a little extra, three yards will cover you.

One of TK409's sister made a few vests last year for members who sent her (or had me send her) their fabric. I don't know if she is still doing this or what her rates are though.

I'm guessing about $16 a yard

At $16 a yard, we'd need about 32 yards ordered to fit the $500 minimum.

At the time of the last order, it broke down to $16 per yard. As it seems that we likely have enough interest to do another run, I will contact the distributor and see if that has changed. Stay tuned for updates.
