Man, watching this helmet evolve has been so exciting.

Thanx mate once ive cast it im going to put up a pic of the evolution from a hasbro through the 4 difrent builds

for somw reson all my HP scaner and printer soft ware has been deleted so i cat up load pics iv changed the front to be more acurate and am about to pur sillicon on it

This is how it looked b4 the sillicon went on now im layering few coats ,
As you can see ill be going 4 the soc mold and ill do a FG jacket

bud i hate to say this but where the dome meets the ring its not enough of a difference...it looks more like an indentation than a separate peice

The last one i did it was way to far out there,
Im really just working from photos here but in my defence i realy think those pics make it look less prominent i used a trim of plastic thats about 1.5 mls thick so it should stik out enough.(i hope) and theres no indent so i guess thats an optical ilusion

Thanx mate i had to make a few changes to the brow line, It was a pain to pull of 2 layers of sillicon but its worth it to get it looking better

Lower right ear peiceIve been redoing the ears to get a sharper look to the edges ,by placing 1ml abs over my last peice and and adding more here triming it up there
A mate who is a sing writer and has acses to a dye cutter.
He is cutting me out my range finder mount (right ear iner cap) with all the honeywell cut out and the mounting holes ,skew holes and the qauter circel were the wires pass through and the range finder mounting pin hole, its being cut out of to peice of acrilyic them lay the on top of each other and glue em togther, fill in the seems , and make a mold .

This is the right iner ear part i just finished up, iv added the wooden rule and spray can nosel to show were i got the sizes from i dont know how close they are to what they sould be but i think the look about right , i did the mounting holes by hand with a small files looking at them like this i think ill redo the holes


Im now working on the outer ear cap

I didnt want to bring this argument over here but as it is on the mercs i have been called out as a recaster and gess i guess they would know LOL
