3D printed bucket

I apologize in advance if this question is already answered somewhere, but I'm super new (had to look up what WIP and greeblies are). I want to start my build w/ the helmet. I just see the paper templates for a scratch build, but I'm set up to use a 3-D printer and want to go that rout. What/where are the best CAD files for the RotJ helmet? Also, is there a preferred material and thickness? Ideally I'm hoping to someday get it to 501st level.
