I'm gonna use the 2" wide elastic-type-material approach on the right one. The left one I might have to do a little cutting because when I glued the outer side together I did it at an degree which would allow me hand and wrist to still fit through the most narrow section without prying it too...

You using snaps for the chest and abdomen pieces and velcro for the shoulder bells and neck/shoulder pieces? How long did it take to get your armor from over seas, whats it made from ya de da de da. Regards, OK

Ok Chris, great job on the tutorial... Now the ultimate question is... HOW DOES IT FIT... Does the armor stand out too much like someone mentioned before or does it fit snug and close to the body, enough so that its not like having a gap between the plating and your body. Regards, OK

Chris... the different (at least on my screen) is the ESB is a dark in appearance than the ROTJ colored vest. Maybe its just the way my graphics card is translating things... I can pop the movies in tomorrow and see if I can tell if the difference is the same there. Regards, OK
