My knee plates are done! And I've got one gauntlet done. I also had some Russian Mosin Nagant ammo pouches for my belt. Now all I have left is the left gauntlet, girth belt, and holsters. Almost there! Sent from my iPhone

I'm not sure exactly, but I think the warping is from the mold not being seated down correctly in the fiberglass shell. I'm thinking/hoping I'll be able to fix all that warping with some heat & elbow grease. Sent from my iPhone

If that is the case about the foam armor, it would be a bummer to have spent all this time and effort on my armor and not be accepted lol. I think you might be right tho, my brother made some scout trooper armor a while back out of the same material and the 501st wouldn't accept it, even though...
