The Return of the Jedi Boba Fett helmet is often referred to as the RotJ helmet.
This helmet was painted by Sandy Dhuyvetter's Daydream Productions. This helmet was painted during the preproduction of the Empire Strikes Back and it is unclear why the Empire Strikes Back Boba Fett helmet was not used for Return of the Jedi. The Return of the Jedi Boba Fett helmet resides at the Lucasfilm archives when not on tour.
