got mine there, took 4 days, its a huge sheet, and you can screw up alot and still have plenty. get the .120 thickness. your gonna spend close to 50 anyway.

And if your thinking of going thinner, its way to flexible.

thanks for the input, iam going to start a new post in construction on this coming up, but askin here first, So far, in my 2 week rush attempt to get/modify/make a decent looking boba fett, I have found jumpsuit, vest and armor, boots and spats, helmet, meaning I still need some, I still got roughly a week to have everything together, but I could use some more help, the only money I have left is in PAYPAl do to a major bank error saying I didnt deposit the few hundred dollars i have a reciept for, and they wont fix it till roughly friday... so I would have to pay for it by paypal or be trusted to pay after friday/monday area. I need to at least get these major things together, all accourding to the ESB (or easily repainted, modiefied to be ESB)
Gloves
Gauntlets
ammo belt
rope belt
large bags
cloak
wookie scalps
jet pack* (plans to make this would be prefered, as cardboard will be my method for this super fast costume, until my shipment of sintra comes in, then I can worry about makin it awsome. unless of course someone is willin to let one go for 50-80 bucks with paypal money and shippin included.)

these need to be made by blueprints, or bought cheaply. If bought, I dont expect 100% movie accurate detail or perfection in mould, a gauntlet with a mould warp or hole in it is better then none at all. Thank you for your time/effort and consideration.

All I can say is good luck, One week with $80 dollars and most things take 4-5 days to ship.........

An epoxy is always the way to go with a poly-vinyl chlorides,as Sintra is P.V.C.,that is usually the best way to go.....

its light, bends easy, and you can leave a mark in it with your fingernail, other pvc boards are to hard to leave a mark.

I am working with Komatex (Comatex?) right now. VERY similar to Sintra, damn near identical I'd say. 'something else to consider if Sintra is out of stock.

Roughly speaking, how much is that compared to the Sintra?

Sure am glad I stumbled in here. I'm just about to start on my armor and now I'm afraid I would've made a HUGE mistake. Didn't know Dremels' melt the stuff- and I've got a single speed, too! That would've gotten ugly...

i have always used my EMT shears . they work pretty good if the sintra is at room temp . otherwise if it is kinda cold it tends to crack while cutting .
