A Public Thank You To Major At VillainWorks

Earlier this year, I started a WTB thread in the cargohold, looking to buy a finished ESB pack; the last part I needed to get to complete the suit. Major at VillainWorks sold me his after a day or two of messaging back and fourth.

Once shipped, I was like a child waiting for Christmas morning to come...

Finally, the day came. It was here. Upon opening the box, everything looked in place, until I pulled the pack out, only to see chips of doom abiding at the bottom of the box.

USPS had played football with the package...

We messaged back and fourth once more, and started a dispute with USPS, claiming it was damaged in USPS hands. They didn't approve a refund for the item value.

"What do you want to see happen?" Asked Rob. Being straight up, "I want to see it back in a repaired state, to what it was before"

Rob took the pack back, and over the course of 3 months, Rob repaired, and filled the damaged area. I was completely blown away by his level of compassion, because he did this for FREE.

I know it was a few months ago, but it's something I still think about, and wanted to community to know how awesome you are.

Thank you Rob for making the Fett experience unforgettable. :jetpack

Rob's a great guy. I bought a pair of his ESB gloves and his weathered cape from him and both are top notch. He's also fielded a lot of questions from me regarding Level 3 approval and never once complained. Not to me anyway. :D

Couldn't ask for someone with more integrity than that. Not only is Robert a close friend of mine, but he's also a helluva painter. He actually told me all about this earlier this year and was determined to make sure your pack got repaired whether the damage was his fault or not. Congrats, and glad it all worked out in the end!
