HI all,

I've got some chest lights ready to install, i'm unsure of which colour lens to use to put in front of the lights, i've seen some use a red lens and some use a dark coloured lens (either dark green or smoked)

can anyone confirm what the colour of the lens should be?

Razor... I think it should be smoke, but I'm sure a more informed member will chime in.

Dont know if its known what the screen used suit has/had, but id guess a medium smoke color, as to not dull the brightness too much but yet hide the actual board detail. That said, i have used the dark green in the past cuz its what i had left over from a visor. I actully have a scrap of smoke visor im about to install on my new armor. Dark red actually seems like a good idea as well, but ive never actually seen that used before.

Learn something every day. But i can see the red being what they used. Pretty cool..maybe i'll look for some red acrylic then instead of using this smoke visor piece i have.

The chest plate from the CI-V exhibit (the reused ESB Hero plate) shows clearly a dark red acrylic:

Excellent info, and right before i mounted that piece of smoke acrylic too! :D

I remembered i had a piece of red acrylic someone randomly gave me to do imperial rank badges....but i never was gonna do those and just kept the acrylic pieces, (red, blue, yellow) so im gonna try that. I dont know if its dark enough though. :/
