I like the clown Hitler, I'd also think he may look decent as the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz, course the message the Hitler needed a heart is almost too good of a concept.
@slave1pilot I would happily pay for & hang up that sandtrooper on my wall. PM me if you'd consider it .
My artwork isn't so much art, cause I can't draw to save my life. I'm getting used to using Illustrator by making images of my favourite TV/Film Characters:
Walter White / Breaking Bad
Dexter Morgan / Dexter
I'm sure you can guess this guy.
All my other stuff is on JayBox Designs | Facebook // I do stuff like posters etc. Bear in mind the above 3 are from Facebook, so they're ****** quality.
ThirdEthree, i am trying to teach myself to paint with oil, can you tell me some basics and a couple of tricks? I am just guessing at how it works, and I feel like I am doing it wrong.
thirdEthree what the heck mate, those are absolutely fantastic. So much talent. I love the tones and colors of the gold face, and the contrast with the flower really makes that piece pop.
Welshwarrior123, Thanks brother, that piece was extremely fun to paint. I had a lot of freedom to play with the shapes and reflective qualities while working on the colors of the flower as it flows into the face. The piece was based off of a photo I shot of a gold buddha statue.
Absolutely incredible 33. Love your style dude! Here's a few of mine (pencil only)
An unfinished Nick Cage
And here's an unused logo I drew up for a local band...It got kinda cut off, but you get the idea. If you're into hard rock or metal at all, you really should check them out, they're actually really good! They have one low budget video on youtube. They won an award for the song too. Cool stuff Blinddryve Semblance - YouTube
redkraytdragon- Awesome drawings, Brother!! I definitely like the Leonidas, and the McFarlane styled Spidey has always been a favorite. Pencil work is hard to keep clean and you've done a great job maintaining a crisp look. Great job!!!
Thanks a ton my friend! Haha yeah that McFarlane Spidey is an easy one to spot lol! I was a really huge fan of his art at the time (still am really) while drawing that one, and you can definitely see the influence there.
The Leonidas is one of my favs as well as it was one of the first that I really started to become familiar with certain shading techniques and trying to make it look realistic. It's actually quite a large piece but scaled down for posting/scanning purposes.
