From what I've gathered (and slavefive will hopefully correct me if I'm wrong), it's actually a specially formulated resin made for a particular studio/prop company in the movie industry, and is not available to the general public.
The closest thing to it that can be purchased by us, but still very far from it as far as density and shore hardness are concerned, would be FlexFoam-iT 25 from Smooth-On.

Ok, small update time: The first post has been updated with order completion info and will be updated with shipping info over the next few days as orders go out. The completed blasters will begin shipping tomorrow via USPS Priority (2-3 days) & USPS International Priority (6-10 days).
Thank you to everyone for their patience. I really appreciate it as I'm literally a one-man-prop-shop around here that still has to bring home the bacon during the day...and then turns right around and cooks it most nights!!! Ask my sister, littlebekahc, who frequently drops by for free meals!
They'll go out tomorrow. I hope you don't mind, but I took a little extra time to somewhat upgrade your handles. The paint wasn't holding up on the large screws on the sides of the handles. It started cracking with just me handling them and setting them down. So I drilled them out, repainted, and will install stainless steel button screws which should wear better for you.
Thanks guys for the feedback, and glad you're satisfied with them.
The last two orders with regular handles shipped this morning and should be arriving by Tuesday.
Tallon_Karrde, I need your shipping info because it wasn't included in your paypal payment.
TB750, thanks for your patience bro and I start the spinning trigger mold next week just for you and Seeker.
Just an f.y.i., I used a coat of aerosol hairspray to seal the Rn'B coat on the last three pairs of my rubber blasters. So if there's anyone who received a pair and the Rn'B still smudges, grab the nearest can of hairspray!
If there's any more interest in blasters, I'll take only one more order of each and then I'm going to put the molds away for a while to make time for some gauntlet and backplate work, followed by starting the molds for my leg armor pieces and runs of those.
i just wanted to chime in to say that i've got a set of these in resin, and the casting job is absolutely fantastic. the level of detail captured was very impressive.
if i ever get them finished up, they'll look awesome on display with my jango helmet!
Sorry, no shipping info because I gave your blasters to somebody else! After not hearing from you after a week about your shipping info, I sent your blasters to someone else in order to get them out of my work area. Don't worry, I'll be shipping out your new blasters tomorrow or the next day.
JDFett, the resin can be drilled out. I use my drillpress to drill everything so the holes come out straight. I drilled out everything and included the metal accents for another member. Whenever you're ready for blasters or a backplate, just let me know.
Thanks stormtrooperguy! I'm very satisfied with our trade. The helmet turned out awesome!
