Ok...i was wondering how most of us run the nylon belt from our jetpacks. This is assuming we are not using the screen accurate harness that booboo makes.
I have 2 ABS "belt loops" screwed to the lower back part of my pack that i run the nylon belt through with the divers buckle. It works fine, but the problem i run into is the belt kind of smashes/wrinkles the vest on the sides as it wants to go over the vest, but it should be under it. Anyone have any suggestions to remedy this?
The only thing i thought of was cutting and sewing 2 "slots" in the appropriate areas of the back of the vest so it can go through and under the vest. Id like to do something better if anyone has any ideas they can throw at me. Is there supposed to be a lower hook, or hooks, that go through the vest similar to the top ones? Maybe i can add something to the Fettdad harness im using to mimic the metal harness by attaching the lower belt/w divers buckle to the harness? I dunno, any thought would be sweet. Thanks everyone.
