Hi there!
I recently participated in a costume contest and won 1st place.
It was an honor for many reasons:
- first time I ever won a contest
- first time a Star Wars character ever wins a contest (in our local conventions we have an Anime invasion and mostly Anime characters always win)
- The Star Wars character I represented is an icon to must of us, just dressing up as him is honor enough.
I cosplayed Master Yoda.
It was hard to walk on knees, but one must really commit to character role play. I had a lot of help from my friends and the whole Star Wars Fan Force present.
Being Master Yoda for a day, I really felt the Force... as a horrible pain in my knees, hahahahahaha!!!!! But it was fun to have people guessing: is it a guy or a girl? or hearing them yell: ohh it's so cute!!
